Self Pay rates for Counseling and Coaching sessions are $150 per 60-minute session, $175 per 90-minute Diagnostic Evaluation Session (Counseling Session). You also have the option to do longer sessions, such as 90 minutes or 2 hours.

For Coaching sessions, I offer packages that offer a discount per session if you purchase in bulk. Inquire during our phone consultation.

For Counseling clients in the state of Florida, I am currently in a network with United Healthcare/Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and Aetna insurance plans. If you have either of these plans, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I am not in Network with any other insurance plans at this time; however, if your plan covers Out of Network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for Out of Network behavioral/mental health services. I will ask you to send me a copy of your insurance card so I may also verify your benefits before we start Counseling sessions. Co-pays and Co-insurance vary depending on your plan.
