I am the Founder/CEO of a virtual Mental Health Counseling practice serving Florida residents, while serving adults regardless of where they reside through my virtual Coaching practice.

I didn’t start out with a specialization in narcissistic abuse recovery until it personally happened to me, and I needed my own recovery to regain my life and self-esteem after multiple relationships with narcissistic partners.

I decided to use my pain to help others like me, who were left completely devastated and confused about why the person they loved wasn’t at all who they thought they were.

In my Mental Health Counseling practice, I help clients on a 1:1 basis with a variety of holistic topics. I also provide 1:1 and group Coaching sessions through my Coaching practice.

Also through my Coaching practice, I facilitate a virtual Women's Coaching Membership, which helps women to recognize and heal from a narcissistic person, as well as provides education and resources on other holistic topics of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
